And if for any reason you don't like our report or service, 100% refund will be applied in the last 7 days since releasing the report from the visit or any other service that was provided. The notice must be given in writing by Email from the authorised contact. Just tell us what were you expecting and where we missed the mark.
Naturally, you can keep your digital report for your record anyway.
The special guarantee doesn't apply to the Cruise Mystery Evaluation services.
The relevant Terms and Conditions will be attached to the contract after the
agreement with the client.
